This class will discuss things like new website tips/trends, social media best practices, video marketing, and so much more!  A portion of this class will be reserved as a Q&A session so we can answer questions from business owners/managers about their own businesses and things they can do to succeed in 2023!

We are excited to bring Understanding Dementia to Wickenburg on Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2023.

The free presentation takes place at Wickenburg Community Center, 160 N. Valentine St. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m., followed by the program from 9 a.m. to noon. A chef-prepared breakfast will be provided by My Father's Retirement Ranch. 

The event features Hospice of the Valley Dementia Program Director Maribeth Gallagher and Community Engagement Director Lin Sue Flood, and Wickenburg Community Hospital Chief of Staff and Clinical Medical Director Todd Kravetz. Learn to make meaningful connections with people living with dementia, reduce stress and find helpful resources to navigate a challenging journey.

Once a month, the Chamber and a member business partner for an evening of networking. Join Chamber staff and Spurs Cafe for the first mixer of 2023! Enjoy drinks and light appetizers while networking with other Chamber members in a casual setting.

Members will have the opportunity to grab the mic during "Take 5" to share news or information with the group. Bring business cards, flyers, or brochures to pass out to the group!

Join us for a 4-person scramble at the Wickenburg Golf Club for a tournament benefiting the Dan Doom Memorial Scholarship. The tournament begins with a 10 a.m. shotgun start on Saturday, January 21.

Registration forms, tee box sponsorship forms, and silent auction donation forms can be found on the Wickenburg Golf Club website.

Scholarship criteria: Any Wickenburg graduate who desires to continue their education at a college, university, vocational, or trade school. Must have been on the Wickenburg Golf Team.
