About Rancho Bar 7 Restaurant & Lounge
Rancho Bar 7 has been serving the Wickenburg community since 1937. We are currently open seven days a week. We have a family dining room and lounge dining (great for larger groups). The lounge offers multiple TVs, trivia, and shuffleboard for your entertainment-not to mention our friendly staff!! Take advantage of our daily lunch and dinner specials!! The Outback Patio is open - complete with fans, misters & music! The patio is available for private parties as well as the larger tables in the lounge area.
