Join us for an unforgettable experience that includes our world-class auction preview, exciting stagecoach rides, mouth-watering food and drinks, unique vendors, and plenty of surprises. Come be part of the celebration and make history with us!

The celebration kicks off Saturday, November 8th with a full day of activities including auction preview, media coverage, guided tours of the gallery and wagon museum and other fun events. Not to mention a SALE on all gallery items!

A special live auction preview will be held on November 10 and 11, giving attendees an exclusive opportunity to view the auction lots up close and the gallery SALE continues.

The Grand Opening Auction begins on November 12th at 9:00 a.m. and will feature several hundred lots of quality Western Americana, fine turquoise jewelry, artwork, and more.

Event Schedule

November 8, 2025: Celebration activities with tours of the new facility and wagon museum, auction preview, media coverage, special family friendly events and gallery items on SALE.

November 10–11, 2025: Live auction preview and special deals in the gallery continue.

November 12, 2025, at 9:00 AM: Grand Opening Auction with specially curated items selling to the high bidder.

Visitors are encouraged to experience the festivities, explore the new facility, and witness the excitement of a live auction.
