Saturday March 29

10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Preview of Main and Miniature Galleries; Miniatures available for purchase. Included in weekend package, $20 per person otherwise.
9:00 a.m. Lecture, Q&A, Panel Discussion:
Dr. Tricia Loscher, Chief Curator & the Dita and John Daub Curator of Western Women’s Art. Included in Weekend Package. $20 per person otherwise.
4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Main Gallery Silent Auction and Buy-it-now, Sit-down Dinner and Live Auction in the Main Museum and under tent. Included in Weekend Package. $220 per person otherwise.
Sunday March 30
Quick Draw – Breakfast $35, $45 & $15
9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Museum open to the public with regular admission prices. Free for weekend & Sunday ticket holders. Main sale and minis available for purchase.
9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Breakfast under the Tent in front of the Museum. Included in Weekend Package; $35.00 in advance / $45.00 at the door per person otherwise, Children 12 and under $15.00 with Adult Ticket purchase.
9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Artists’ Quick Draw in front of the Main Museum.
10:45 a.m. to noon, Quick Draw Live Auction under the tent on Frontier Street.
1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Purchased miniatures available for pickup.
