Experience the lively movements, colorful costumes, and bright music of Mexican culture through the unparalleled vision of choreographer Amalia Hernández. Founded in 1952, Ballet Folklórico is Mexico's most revered traditional dance troupe and is a resident company of the prestigious Palace of Fine Arts.

 

During the extensive multi-city U.S. tour, the company of 45 folk dancers and musicians bring together a unique program celebrating the rich history and vibrant culture of Mexican folklore dating from pre-Colombian civilizations through the modern era.
