Direct from New York City, the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra spreads holiday cheer in its Big Band Holidays concert. With music-directed by JLCO trombonist and brilliant arranger Chris Crenshaw, this show features two critically acclaimed vocalists: Ekep Nkwelle, whose swinging phrasing and characteristic warmth light up the bandstand, and Tucson native Robbie Lee, whose crystalline tone and thoughtful interpretation engage listeners of all ages.
